This coastal property showcases the distinctive character of Leucadia. The design effectively integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, offering ocean views as part of everyday living. Inspired by Hawaiian and Polynesian architecture, we aimed to create the tropical feel our clients desired.

We focused on reusing materials and ensuring design efficiency, making the transformation appealing and sustainable. We updated a low-lying ranch-style home into a peaceful Hawaiian retreat. The outcome is a comfortable and stylish space that fits well within its coastal environment, reflecting the laid-back lifestyle typical of this area.
